Too much healthy stuff has taken its toll on me. For the past few days I’ve been craving junk food. Pastries, cheese, sweet stuff, coffee. I had four peppermint patties, a brick of munster cheese, and this morning 2 danishes.
The only good moment was when I did my cardio party workout 2 nights ago. That felt REALLY REALLY exhilarating. I got through it -- 40 minutes nonstop -- without huffing and gasping like a fish out of water so at least I’m getting better. But that does nothing for my junk food cravings.
I weigh myself less often now, because apparently my body likes living in the same 4-lb range. Plateau. Ugh.
